I bought this mandolin used and sent it off to Pete Langdell, where he installed a new top and revoiced it to have a percussive pop to the notes and a nice chop. Thanks to the finish work required to blend in the new top, the mandolin now looks almost like new. Pete also installed a brand new tailpiece in keeping with the "new" look of the mandolin. The mandolin has excellent smooth tuners with pearl buttons and shows only very minor fret wear. It has the normal Rigel built-in pickup through the end pin.
